Jackie enters world photo contest

 By Jackie Beardsley

Jackie Beardsley has entered a WORLD photography contest!

I'm so excited that all of my years taking photos has finally allowed me to enter my photographs into a world photography contest.

Although I'm having TROUBLE with their site, I'm hopeful that customer service will prevail, and they will get entered.

I have had a love of photography for as long as I can remember.  I'm considering getting a REAL camera so I can take better ones but I'm a BIG believer in simplicity.  Sometimes I feel as though I am living in the wrong era!

Anyway, below are the few I'm going to enter.  Please see all of my photos on my FLICKR account or use the link below at the bottom of this site to the right where the big and beautiful American flag has been painted onto the side of a barn!!!

I'm getting feedback from photographers around the world on my Flickr account, so this is really fun for me!  I just take a camera and shoot but I do have a good eye and that is just something that comes naturally for me.  Most of my pics aren't even on that FLICKR account.  In MY day, all of my past pics are in the form of 'negatives'.

Hope you enjoy the ones I did decide to enter.

The butterfly picture was taken at Danada in Wheaton IL and it cost me TWO tics on my hat!!!  Thankfully I got them off and HAD the hat ON!

I did not know the jogger in this photo.   This was taken the same day that I took my pictures which are in the album titled, Winter wonderland in Naperville.

By Jacqueline Beardsley From Offer To Close Buying a home is exciting and the time it takes from offer to close will vary depending on the situation as they are all different.  Here is what typically happens from the time of offer until close. An offer is accepted and once all of the parties have agreed to the price and terms and have signed and dated the contract it now has become a fully executed contract.
